I recently polled my readers on where they wanted to see this blog to go and what they wanted to see me discuss in the future. I also gave them permission to ask questions about me personally if they so desired.




I’m going to answer each question one at a time over the next few weeks (and months as more questions roll in).




First up Anonymous asked: “What’s the best way for you to blow off some steam?




My secret to stress management is multi-tiered. I do Yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi (just starting a new class on this), and kickboxing. I also like to walk in the park or run laps when the weather permits. I paint (watercolor and oils), sketch (charcoal and pencil), do photography (it’s a hobby that evolved into a career), read (another hobby that evolved into a second career) and write creatively. My all time favorite thing is to go dancing though. I’m a sucker for good music. Any genre works for me. My taste in music has been known to change by the hour and is usually dependent on my mood.
