(Memphis) The Transportation Security Administration and Memphis International Airport say there are a few things you need to know for a better travel experience this holiday season.
They’re hoping to get travelers through the screening checkpoint in less than 20 minutes.
Kelly Dill was heading out of Memphis to St. Louis Thursday afternoon.
She travels often for work, but in the coming weeks her travel is for pleasure.
She and her family are flying for the holidays, “Every year we do Christmas Eve at home and we get up in the morning and fly out.”
This year it’s going to be a little bit easier for holiday travelers, like Dill, who are flying with children or the elderly.
The TSA made big changes for kids under 12-years old and people over 75.
Both groups can now keep on shoes and jackets!
