8 ounces Philadelphia cream cheese (softened at room temperature)
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 graham cracker crust
Favorite topping (I use chopped strawberries and caramel sauce on my own slice but keep various fresh and frozen fruits on hand for everybody else to try.)
1. Preheat the oven to 350°.
2. Put all the ingredients, except crust and toppings, in the blender.
3. Mix until smooth.
5. Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until set.
6. Cool on rack for 30 minutes and then cool at-least one hour in the refrigerator before adding your favorite topping to the chilled cheesecake.
So simple. So good. It’s a win-win.
