“God gave me my talent and I was afraid of facing him one day if I didn’t use it.” by Jack Sorenson

I'm not your typical thirty-something year old. I am a full time photographer/journalist and divide my time between the NYC/Atlanta offices of the magazine that gave me my start in this business, and the boutique photography studio I own in my home state of Tennessee. I embrace my inner bibliophile by dabbling in books as a freelance literary editor for a publishing house. When I'm not at one job or the other, I like to volunteer with local charities and hopefully starting this year, I'll also be spending a few weeks traveling abroad with an NGO. Other things of note about me: I've been an Army widow for 10 years. I have OCD and ADD to go w/ the Eidetic memory, Irish temper and southern drawl. I'm an self-admitted adrenaline junkie with a perpetual case of wanderlust and a few tattoos. White chocolate is my weakness. Shoes are my obsession. Traveling is my passion.
